Puppy Head Start

For puppies 10 weeks to 5 months

This 6-week course gives you and your puppy the head start needed to be great companions for life. You will learn about housebreaking, crate training, nipping and fighting, leash manners, not jumping on people, not running out the door and early socialization. We introduce your puppy to sit, stay, down. This course starts to teach your puppy good behaviors BEFORE the bad ones start.

Basic Obedience

For dogs 5 months and older

This 6-week course teaches you and your dog beginner hand signals and basic obedience commands like heel, sit, stay, down and come. This course is designed to give you the tools to have a well-mannered member of the family.

Advanced Classes

For dogs that completed the Basic Obedience Class

In this 6-week course, you and your dog will be taught  hand signals and off leash training. This course will also help your dog overcome daily distractions, such as chasing cars and barking at people walking or running by.

Trick Training

  Trick training classes are for anyone who wants to spend quality time with their dog. It does require both mental and physical "exercise" for your dog. Some tricks taught are retrieving a newspaper, jumping through a hoop, sitting pretty, and hiding your eyes. When your dog has mastered Basic Obedience training and seems bored with all the things he or she already knows, then a trick training class is just right for you both !

Behavior Seminar

We don't want the doggies to hear our tricks - This seminar is for owners only !

In these seminars we will discuss behavioral problems, setting foundations for your dog, problem solving, and avoiding common pitfalls. Watch as our trainer demonstrates these techniques.

Future Classes

In the planning stages now.......Agility for fun, Rally, Fly Ball, and preparation to become a therapy dog.
